I found myself staring blind out over the horizon, with the third coast morning sun shining down on me

when it got me contemplating the years that I've been living on this island

Its been slow trackin', dream catchin', soul searchin' for me

I've been diggin' in the sand and jammin' with the band and singin' my songs by the sea

I caught a hand full of breaks, learned from all my mistakes and found freedom dont come for free 

I was a little lonely, but I found someone who loves me just a little like you 

no more back trackin', soul hackin' - horned angels to help me sing the blues

All this time I figured these waters would be where I would stay

then they did away with our surf pier and brought in the Packery

although the edge of nowhere don't seem to hold that same feelin'

as it did back when it was you and me runnin' wild, pure and free

Yes I found myself staring out over the horizon

The Uni-verse (One-verse from the "Word of God")  "Without faith we can do nothing"    .....God -  The Creator of All -Only Responds to Faith

Without faith,  stage 4 colon cancer  (this means it was in the lymph nodes too)would've killed Krok, but by his faith he is HEALED!

We've battled the enemy  of disease by speaking the Word of God, prayer with faith, chemo and serious nutrition (walking in health) the way our Creator intended us to with the foods which He provided.....He never put pesticides, or fake hormones, or processed anything in the bodies of the ones who have gone before us and they lived a LONG LONG time.  Almost 6 years ago, the so-called doctors said Mark would live maybe 2 months to 2 years if lucky. HA!  He's not lucky -he's BLESSED!!  6 years later and still SURFIN'! 

The night we went to the hospital we had no idea he was so sick.  We thought the pain was just an infection from a hole in his foot from catching a cold beer that slipped through his hands and busted his foot....He'd been sick for about a week, but up and about as much as possible, when he almost fainted while building me a picnic table, I insisted we go to the hospital.    He's so stubborn he insisted on driving himself.  I was prepared to take the wheel at any time.  They whisked him into surgery which we thought was for appendicitis and said it would be about 45 minutes. On the second hour God moved me to the chapel and I poured out my soul for my friend not knowing what was happening.  I just knew I had to pray.  God brought me back to Himself during this time.  Up to then, we lived our own way... bbq, beer  on the beach, surfing, playing hacky-sac, creating music and we really thought we had the good life.  Well, God had something better in mind.  I am so grateful He heard my prayers. We still play!  Life is GOOD and there is a PURPOSE for living - to let you know the Creator loves YOU and what God will do for those who love Him.  The Pain brings us back to Jesus when we have been engrossed in our own way of living, but then we find out He's got the Real Life in His Hands.  He puts His "hands in our lives" so our lives will stay in His Hands!  Sure don't want to be stuck in the other guy's claws..(disease, unbelief, fear, doubt, resentment, Eternal HELL etc...all these things belong to the enemy.  We want God =God is Love!  Love causes Life!  Jesus, The Word of God who became man and gave up His human right to life, experienced our own individual Hell in our place, just so we could live in harmony with God right here on Earth!  He wants relationship with us because He loves us, wants us to recieve the same inheritance that belongs to Him.  The Holy One.  We dont deserve it, but He offers it as a gift, if we'll just believe, recieve,  trust and speak faith in His Word!  He never lies, yay!

When He moves you to pray like that, the kind where you find yourself on the floor begging for mercy for the life of your friend, we can believe He's got a miracle in store!  6 years later, Krok's still surfing, playing hacky-sac, blows that harmonica like a dream and he's sharing the love of God with our old party buddies.  Seeds are taking root.  We offer a huge MAHALO to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ for healing and life as we know it now.  YEAH!!! Krok's not the only one.  The pain I felt in my back for years was due to colon problems from the way I'd been living.  All that bbq had stuck itself in me and wouldnt move.  Turns out I dont break down red meat just like John Wayne, and all that beer sure didnt help!  I am ALSO HEALED by faith and all the studying I did and applying what I learned about healthy nutrition (God's candy)made a huge difference. My colon shrunk back down to normal according to the last view, as I believed God could do as I'm careful not to give in to the temptation to eat a big ol' steak.  I get my protein from other lovely options now.

People die from lack of knowledge  which causes lack of faith.  Lack is the enemy.  Lack of knowledge by not knowing what God's unbroken promises are, lack of faith because you dont know, which perpetuates unbelief.  Hell is made for the devil and his angels, plus those who are fearful and unbelieving.  But God provides everything He wants us to know and have.  His Word is LIFE!  We recieve it by faith in action. Faith comes by Hearing and hearing by the Word of God. You dont want to just hear it, try it out and SPEAK IT for yourself that God is Good and He loves us all so very very much..  No one could ever love another like He does.   I'll provide you with everything I've learned since the beginning of this journey....just keep drifting in the surf art for a little while! And read all of God's promises of healing and provision.  Believe it!  We're still alive and now VERY WELL INDEED!

We dont deserve it, but He offers it as a gift, if we'll just believe and trust Him!   Lord, forgive us for trying to do things our way, because your thoughts are pure, let us think your thoughts.  Thank you for your Word, so we can see which way to go.  Lead us today to love others like you do, to let them know YOU DO!! Thank you so much for our healing and restoration...,  Help us not to be selfish or doubtful, because your will is for us to be kind and tenderhearted and serving each other with the fullness of faith in Jesus (The Living Word of God Personified)   Amen!

One morning on the beach an old friend said to me, "Hey you know when I go, I wanna go out like a Viking".   He said, "I built me a boat.  It's just my size, and it fits to my liking."

"It's out in the dunes under some plywood. You can hardly tell where.   Here's my will, inside you'll find a map.  It'll show ya how to get there.   So, you can send me out the Viking way, set my boat on fire and sail me away.  I'm not big on ceremony, just smile, yeah....and sing a good song for me, then watch me sail to Eternity.

All these years we've played in the sand, surfed the ocean and we're a jammin' band.  We sing love songs one to another and blend our hearts as one together.  Like children, we've reveled in the wonder...seeking, discovering, and feelin' the thunder.  Sand, dolphins and mermaids.  Yeah, just send me out the Viking Way, set my boat on fire and sail me away." 

To my surprise, my old friend passed that very evening, lying next to a warm golden bonfire light.  So we did what he said, and we found his boat...right where he said it'd be. 

In the boat we found a note with our best friend's last request, and in that old familiar hand writing, it went just like this...

"Put a platform on that old surfpier and light these arrows.  Send 'em out into the evening sky.  Set my boat on fire, say a prayer, but dont you cry.  Just watch the evening glow and you will know that to the ends of the earth my body will go, and to my Lord, in His Bosom, He will cradle my soul.  Just let me go when His Spirit so leads and I've only one request, if you please, just smile....... when you set me free. YEAH!!  

Just send me out the Viking way, set my boat on fire  and sail me away.  You know I'm not big on ceremony just smile, sing a good song for me and watch me sail to Eternity."

July 9, 2009   Wow...ooops.......we slacked off on diet and the Krok's cancer came back.....how bout that? Here we go again!
We are stronger and more confident now because of what we have learned.  We are grateful that God has blessed us with this time
so we can encourage others. His Grace is amazing.
Sometimes its easy to slack off when you feel so good, but oops - because we did, it's time to fight again!
We have been given the authority in God's Son when we recieved Him as Lord and Savior, and by God we'll fight
with the weapons of warfare!  It really matters what we put inside our bodies and minds.
It's so important to eat fruits veggies and leave out all man made caca!  Pepsi's and chocolate have been my weakness..MUST MAKE HEALTHY  choices!
Example:  I ate chicken nuggets from a fast food place yesterday and had pain immediately.
When I eat healthy stuff that has not been processed and pumped full of preservatives there IS NO PAIN
Pain and weakness come together! 
Faith and Strength and Healing come from meditating on God's Word and standing on it. 
We're putting our faith in action again!  He made all things pure for us.
Mankind has screwed that up. We die for lack of knowledge but it's it's up to us to eat what God made so we can walk in that healing.
We'll eat only what God made and HEAL !!

The Bible....the Word of God.....Living Water.....Healing and preventative foods.....the Bible....  It's our healing guide book!
Believe it or not, it's up to the individual.. Believe and walk in healing or give up and die.. THE FORMER IS HARDER BUT WELL WORTH IT.
You can do it with God's GRACE (God's Riches At Christ's Expense)
If you are struggling now.....Trust in God who's Son's suffering paid the ransom for our souls.. If we recieve Him,  the receipt of redemption and take that to God,
we have Eternal Life.  Hell is real.  We dont want to go there.  It's so important to read God's Word.  Look at all the words written in red.  Jesus' words about us,
are light.  We need His Holy Spirit which leads us into all Truth.  The Holy Spirit takes the Words we meditate on and gives Life to the Body and Soul.
Dont miss that opportunity.  We only have this life to choose life or death. 

When we dont follow God's word we are easily led into sin.  The wages of sin is death,
but the Gift of God is Eternal Life through Jesus Christ our Lord. 

In Him there is Hope - without him we make decisions that lead to death.  We must walk in His Truth rather than our way of thinking we can do whatever and survive.  Feed on God's Word and even if you do pass on to the next demention, you'll live with God forever....God is LOVE...we must worship Him in Spirit and Truth  .....but we dont know the Truth until we experience it for ourselves.  READ HIS WORD
AND IT WILL BRING LIFE TO YOUR SOUL.  MEDITATE ON HIS HEALING SCRIPTURES...He died and rose again FOR YOU...find out
what He says about you....How much he loves you.....YOU MAY KNOW THAT YOU HAVE ETERNAL LIFE....Trust Jesus...study to show yourself approved
The Lord never puts a heavy burden on us for His burden is light.
Only the devil through deception does that.
Jesus is the Way the Truth and the Life and he wants you to hand him yours so you can be free from the weight of worry.  Were not scared this time around.
All he wants us to do is Love the Lord your God with all your heart, all your soul and all your might.....and love your neighbor as yourself.  There is healing in
praise!  Whew!  A light burden!  God carries the rest!  That's enough reason to PRAISE.....did you know God inhabits our praise.  That means he literally
sits down among our praises and LISTENS!  and blesses the pain away while were praising.  I cant get over how many times I walked into church doubled over
with fear and doubt but as soon as worship and praise start coming out my heart and mouth,  the pain goes away....Fill your room with beautiful praise and
feel the healing in His wings.  You will rise up on wings as eagles.  You will run and not be weary, you will walk and not faint....learn to praise while your waiting
and walk in healing thoughts, ( God's word) and healthy foods ( God's candy)  Come on fight along with us and let's let the world know how good God is!
Know His Word, and fear not, He is with you always.  Be strong and of good courage.  He will never leave you or forsake you.  When you do pass on, you'll know
you're going Home and you will see your loved ones. There's peace in knowing.  He loves you! That's reason to praise !  If there is anything holding you back,
confess it to Him and know that if we confess our sins He is faithfull and Just to FORGIVE us of our sins and to CLEANSE US from ALL unrighteousness.
